Prus Construction is providing CMAR services for the transformation of Slim Sallee Park in Higginsport, turning a former ballfield into a seven acre riverfront park with a new boat dock and launch, a fishing pier, pedestrian walkways, event spaces, restrooms, and an RV campground. Funded through Ohio’s Wonderful Waterfronts Initiative, the project is designed to reconnect the village with the Ohio River and strengthen recreation and tourism opportunities. Through close collaboration with local stakeholders and design teams, Prus is delivering modern water access and community amenities that support long-term revitalization and enhance quality of life.
