Prus Construction served as Design-Build Construction Manager for the new Lawrenceburg Downtown Pavilion, a 9,200+ SF open-air structure that anchors the growing Civic Park district in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Designed for seasonal ice skating and flexible, year-round programming, the pavilion integrates ADA-accessible restrooms, storage, concessions, and skate rental areas while tying into new utilities, stormwater systems, and robust foundations within a tight downtown site. Through close collaboration with city leadership and design partners, Prus created a vibrant destination for residents and visitors.
