Scope Overview

Prus Construction managed and built 3.6 miles of fixed track embedded in a reinforced concrete track slab. Installed special track works including turnouts, diamonds, restraining rail, including rail on bridge structures. Constructed a 750V DC streetcar traction power system, including a single wire, overhead contract system with power substations. Built the streetcar signal, communications and track control systems. Relocated and refurbished the existing sanitary, storm sewer, and water facilities.

Removed and reconstructed the existing pavement, curb, and sidewalk. Replaced and modified the existing traffic signal systems, signage, and pavement markings. Demolished the existing buildings for future site on the Streetcar maintenance facility. Constructed a maintenance and operation facility (MOF) to provide maintenance, offices, and operations space for the Cincinnati Streetcar.
