As part of the Ovation Development in Newport, Kentucky Prus completed extensive civil and structural work that helped transform the riverfront into a modern mixed-use destination. The team delivered major site stabilization through the Ovation Wall Project, installed the site’s pedestrian bridge, and completed mass earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and structural concrete foundations for the future boardwalk. Prus also performed clearing for the adjacent James Taylor Park, demonstrating strong self-perform capabilities and coordinated delivery on a complex urban infill development.
