Prus Construction played a key role in the full renovation of McDonald Commons Park in Madeira, Ohio, delivering modern amenities that serve the entire community. The project features new playgrounds, synthetic turf athletic fields, pickleball and tennis courts, walking paths, and a community building with restrooms, along with updated utilities, parking, and landscaping. Acting as both construction manager and supervisor, Prus oversaw bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to ensure a seamless transformation of this public park.
