Prus Construction is providing CMAR services for Liberty Landing, a thirteen point four million dollar riverfront redevelopment in New Richmond funded through the State of Ohio’s Appalachian Community Grant program. The project includes a new public marina with a three hundred foot boat dock, upgraded streetscape and pedestrian improvements along Front Street, expanded gathering and dining spaces, and river access features that strengthen the connection between downtown and the Ohio River. With phased delivery extending through fall 2026, Prus is working closely with local partners to create a vibrant destination that supports recreation, tourism, and long-term community vitality.
