Prus Construction partnered with the Township to transform Kuliga Park with the addition of a tensile-structure stage, new restroom and picnic facilities, concrete walking paths, and upgraded landscaping. Serving as construction manager at risk, Prus coordinated bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management while also self-performing key scopes of work. Despite the challenge of building within an active park, the team successfully delivered a revitalized community space on schedule.
