Prus Construction was selected by Turner Construction to lead the full site development package for the Delhi Town Center redevelopment, a seventy million dollar effort that transformed a former shopping center into a vibrant mixed-use civic hub. Prus completed demolition, mass excavation, grading, stormwater systems, and full utility installation, along with extensive surface work such as paving, sidewalks, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, and specialty site features. The project required careful phasing and close coordination with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating Prus Construction’s strength in delivering complex, large-scale urban sitework.
